Vfone Call Packages FAQs
1. What are the packages being offered by PTCL Vfone?
Currently PTCL is offering Five exciting packages each with a variety of options for the convenience of its valued customers. These packages include Unlimited, Rayayat, Bachat, Kafayat & Sahulat.
2. I have got a new Vfone connection. What is the current Package on this connection?
All new connections are by default activated on Vfone Kafayat (Rs.7 Daily Line Rent) Package. If you want to change your package you can immediately do so by dialing 1015 after which you will be charged according to the selected package.
3. What is the procedure for package change?
All new and existing customers can change their Package by dialing 1015 and pressing 6 in the main menu. The Package changes immediately in the system. The customer gets a confirmation of the new Package activated. There are no delays in the system.
4. How can I confirm that my Package has changed?
You can confirm your current package by calling 1015 and pressing 6 in the main menu.
5. Are there any package conversion charges?
You will be charged Rs 10 for changing to any package other then Rayayat Package. For any further queries you can contact our 24 hours Helpline 1236.
6. What if I am unable to change my package?
All complaints pertinent to Failure of Package Change should be registered with the Customer Helpline 1236.
7. Is the Package Change Temporary (does it expire) or permanent?
The Package Change is permanent and does not expire. Once you have selected a new Package it will not be changed unless you change it.
8. Is there any package with ZERO line rent?
Yes, Customers subscribing to Vfone Rayayat will be able to enjoy economical call rates for ZERO line rent.
9. Does PTCL Vfone offer any 30 Seconds billing option?
Yes, Customers subscribing to Vfone Rayayat will be able to enjoy 30 seconds billing on all Local, NWD and mobile calls. This means that they will be charged on 30 seconds pulse.
10. Is 30 seconds billing applicable on International calls?
No! 30 Seconds billing is NOT Applicable on International Calls.
11. Can I continue to make free Vfone to Vfone calls even if there is no balance in my Vfone account?
No! You cannot make free calls if you don’t have the required balance for Daily Deduction in your Vfone account
